1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb prawn, shelled
1 tbsp. flour
5-6 oz half and half cream
1/3 lb Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
6 oz fine noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Saute peppers, onion, and celery in butter until tender. Add garlic, parsley, and prawn. Cook until prawn are pink and then remove prawn with a slotted spoon. Add flour to onion mixture to thicken, add half and half, reduce heat to low. Add Mexican Velveeta cheese and Worchestershire sauce and stir until melted. Add cooked prawn and noodles. Stir well and enjoy.
