8 slices of bacon in pieces
1 c onion chopped
2 c potatoes diced
2 1/4 c milk
1 c sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon 5-10 minutes. Add potatoes and onion, cook until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, season with 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp thyme. Heat until hot, ready to eat!

Sautéing onion and potato in bacon grease can be substituted for bacon.
