5 c. Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Frozen Peas, defrosted and drained
¼ c. Green Onion, chopped
¼ c. Celery, chopped
5 slices Bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ c. Mayonnaise
½ c. Sour Cream
½ tsp. Dill Weed
½ tsp. Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce on bottom of bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add peas and sprinkle ½ tsp. sugar on them.
Add onions, celery, and bacon in layers.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and dill.
Spread on top of salad and seal edges.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hrs. or overnight.
Toss before serving.
