1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 stick of butter
4 cups cooked drained spinach (2 frozen packages)
1 pint light sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 small can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onions in butter, add drained spinach. Stir in sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt and finally the artichoke hearts. Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish and pour the mixture in. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly--about 30 minutes.
