1 1/2 lbs flank steak
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 cloves garlic-minced
4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Score top and bottom of meat and place in bowl. Mix together all other ingredients for marinade. Pour over the meat, cover and refrigerate. Turn meat as desired. Preheat grill; place meat on grill. Cook approximately 5 minutes per side.
