1 pk wonton wrappers
1 lb ground pork sausage
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 to 2 carrots shredded fine
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup red onion chopped fine
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Lay out wonton wrappers and fill with mixture. Roll each very tight. Use a flour/water mixture to seal shut. Deep fry at 300º (medium) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Lay on paper towel to absorb excess grease. Serve while hot.
