1 egg
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs
1-1/2 cup minced onions
2 (8-oz) cans Italian tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1-1/2 ground beef
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup of the tomato sauce, 1 cup of the cheese, oregano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and add meat. Shape into a flat rectangle about 10 by 12 inches. Sprinkle remaining 2 cups of cheese over the meat. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends together and seal. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350º for one hour. Drain off fat. Pour on remaining tomato sauce and bake 15 more minutes.
