3 lbs. Top Sirloin Beef, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
¾ c. Sherry
1 4 oz. jar of sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 Envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 soup cans of Water
Egg Noodles or White Rice.

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.

(You may have to thicken gravy a little with flour and water.)
