1 SMALL ONION - CHOPPED
2/3 CUP BOTTLED SALSA
3/4 CUP MILK
4 EGGS
1/4 CUP OF FLOUR
2 CUPS SHREDDED JACK CHEESE
2 (7OZ) CANS WHOLE GREEN CHILES

BROWN SAUSAGE UNTIL CRUMBLY AND WELL DONE ( 20 MINS)
ADD ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSPARENT. DRAIN FAT, ADD SALSA AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS. BEAT TOGETHER MILK, EGGS,,CHEESE,FLOUR. PUT LAYER OF SAUSAGE MIXTURE INTO GREASED 8X12 INCH BAKING DISH, COVER WITH EGGLAYER, REPEAT LAYERS, ENDING WITH EGGS AND CHEESE. BAKE AT 350 º FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
