2 - 3 peaches, peeled and crushed
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. butter
1 t. almond extract
3 - 4 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Add crushed peaches, water, sugar and cornstarch to saucepan. Cook until clear and thick. Add butter and extract.
In pie shell, add sliced peaches. Pour the cooked mixture over peaches. Cool in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Serve with ice cream.
