Stuffed Onions:
4 large Vidalia onions
1 stick softened butter
3-4 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
salt
2/3 c. blue cheese
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill. Cut tops and bottoms off the onions and peel off skin. Hollow out the onions with a melon baller or a spoon so it resembles a bowl. Mix the butter, bacon, blue cheese in a bowl. Stuff butter mixture inside onions and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap each onion individually in a foil pouch. Place onions on grill for 35-40 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy!

Coat the steaks with a mixture of 1 part course salt, 2 parts garlic powder and 2 parts course ground pepper. Rub the mixture into the meat. Grill over medium high heat until done to your liking.
