6-8 potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes in buttered casserole and arrange a layer of onion on top. Mix soup and milk together and alternate layers of potatoes and soup mixture. Bake at 400º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
