4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped and toasted
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 t. salt
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, pecans and bacon in large bowl. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream with remaining ingredients; add to chicken mixture and toss lightly. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve on crisp lettuce.
