Ingredients:  
4 medium ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 fresh jalapeņo, stem removed, chopped
4 sprigs fresh cilantro
2 chilies, diced (long, dark red chilies)
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine tomatoes and garlic. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
In blender or food processor, combine cooled tomato mixture, jalapeņo, cilantro, chilies and salt. Blend until smooth. Turn into bowl; cover with plastic wrap and chill.
