2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
6 quarts popped corn & peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt in sauce pan. Bring to boil & boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Place popcorn in large bowl or roasting pan. Pour syrup over corn and stir well. Mix in the nuts. Spread mixture on two cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven 200º for 1 hour; stirring every 15 minutes. Store in a can to keep crisp.
