2 c. cooked bow tie pasta
1 cup shrimp
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic

1 stick of butter divided
2 T. olive oil
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and Mrs. Dash
Asiago cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet put 1/4 c. butter and olive oil. Place the onions, tomatoes and garlic into the skillet and saute until the onions are translucent. Season with salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice. Remove from the pan and set aside. Place the shrimp into the skillet and saute until done. If using already cooked shrimp saute only until hot. Add the rest of the butter and melt. Replace vegetables and add pasta. Stir until coated and hot. Top with the shredded cheese and let melt. Serve immediately with garlic bread.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You may substitute cut up chicken for the shrimp. Cook the chicken until done. I have added Alfredo sauce to this too. This is a favorite of my family and I do not use an actual recipe. The amounts can be adjusted to how much you want to serve.
