Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Combine water, butter or margarine and salt. Heat to boiling.

After butter or margarine is completely dissolved, add flour all at once. Stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball and follows spoon around pan.
Cool slightly.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Make sure you beat well after adding each egg.

Spoon unto baking sheet about 3 inches apart. (my original recipe says to use an ungreased baking sheet, but I always use pan spray.) This recipe makes about large cream puffs or 10 smaller ones.

Bake in 400 degrees oven for 45 minutes.

After cooling, cut in half and remove "eggy" insides. Fill with your choice of yummy fillings.

In our household, we use instant sugar free vanilla pudding (use half as much milk as required for pudding) and we add a can of whipped topping.
Combine with beater and fill cream puffs.

Yum!
