1-1/2 C. Pretzels (crushed)
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 C. Sugar
1 Lrg. Container of Cool Whip
1 6oz. Pkg. Strawberry Jello
2 C. Hot Water
2 Small Boxes frozen Sliced Strawberries (thawed)

Using a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.

1st LAYER:
Crush pretzels to a fine consistency. Add sugar. Melt butter and stir into mixture until all is moist. Press into bottom of pyrex dish and bake at 350º for 10 mins. Cool.

2nd LAYER:
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread over 1st layer.

TOP LAYER:
Mix jello and water until jello has thoroughly dissolved (about 2 mins.). Add strawberries and cool until jello starts to set. Spread over 2nd layer and refrigerate. If jello is too warm, it will melt the cream cheese mixture.
