3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast-cut into small chunks
3-4 stalks celery cut in small pieces
1 pkg fresh pea pods
1 pkg fresh bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg fresh baby corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in olive oil
Saute celery, onion, peapods, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, corn in olive oil.
Combine everything and add 1/3 cup lite soy sauce &1 cup water. Thicken with 1 cup cold water & corn starch. Simmer 20 minutes
