Crust:

1 3/4 cups fine Graham Cracker crumbs
1/4 cups finely chopped Walnuts
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter (melted)


Filling:

3 Eggs (well beaten)
2 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese (SOFTENED)
1 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsps Vanilla
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
3 cups Sour Cream

Directions:

Crust:

Combine Graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon and melted butter.
Press on bottom and up 2/3 of sides of 9" spring form pan.


Filling:

To beaten eggs add cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond
extract and beat smooth. Blend in sour cream.

Pour into crust. Bake @ 375* about 35-40 minutes, or just until set; cool.

Chill 4 to 5 hours or best overnight (filling will be soft).

Serves 12-16
