2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 cans green chili enchilada sauce
1 bag of chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
2 pkgs. of flour taco shells
1 8oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan over medium heat, combine first 3 ingredients until creamy. In a bowl, combine enough of the enchilada sauce and chicken to coat chicken. Spoon small amount of chicken mixture on a flour shell and roll and place in a large baking dish. Repeat until all shells are filled. Pour remaining sauce over the encihilada rolls. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 400º until golden brown and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes. Serve with Spanish rice. (You may also want to add a can of green chilies or jalapeños to sauce mixture to add a kick to the flavor)
