1 can fruit cocktail (drain)
1 large can chunk pineapple (drain and save juice)
5 red sweet apples (don't peel)
1 lemon
3 T. flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. yellow mustard
2 cups miniature marshmallow
2 cups Velvetta cheese (grated)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 bag of grated coconut
cherries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples up in bite size pieces and combine with other fruits in a spacious serving container. Add marshmallows and stir.

Combine pineapple juice, juice of lemon, flour, sugar and 2 eggs. Cook slow until thick. Cool. When cooled add mustard and stir until completely mixed.

Pour over mixed fruit. Stir and make sure all is covered in mixture.

Over the top of fruit layer the velvetta cheese and cheddar cheese. DO NOT STIR IN.

On top of cheese layer put layer of coconut completely covering cheese.

Garnish with red or green cherries.
