4 lg. baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
6 cup milk
12 slices crumbled bacon
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz carton sour cream
1 tsp dried mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the potatoes and prick with fork several times. Bake in oven or microwave until done. Cool. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; then scoop out pulp and set aside. Discard potato skins.

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

Add potato pulp, bacon, dried mustard, and cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook until thoroughly heated; stir in sour cream. Add extra milk, if necessary, for desired thickness.
