2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine

2 eggs
1/4 c milk with a little lemon juice (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c mashed bananas

optional ingredients:
1 c finely chopped nuts
1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, set aside. Beat together eggs and sugar. Add milk, vanilla, and bananas. Add flour mixture. Stir optional ingredients in by hand.

Bake 375º
