Manicotti shells
SAUCE:
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 lg. cans tomatoes, pureed
2 small cans tomato paste
1 pkg. spaghetti flavoring
Oregano, celery, salt & garlic to taste.
FILLING:
2 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. parsley
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

I usually cut this recipe in half because it makes a lot.
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
FILLING: Beat together. Cook & drain manicotti shells. Fill with the filling. Cover 9 x 13 pan with some sauce. Place stuffed shells on top and cover with remaining sauce. Bake, covered for 25 minutes @ 400 degrees. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
