1 - 2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt, sprinkle

Cover eggs with water. Add in vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Take off heat and cover for 10- 12 minutes. Place eggs in a pot of cold water. Start to peel right away.
