1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars and butter. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Place dough in refrigerator 1 hour. Roll dough into balls, about the size of a walnut. Roll balls in dish with 1/3 cup sugar. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Press with flat bottom glass. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.
