2 T butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 mined garlic clove
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Melt butter; saute onion and garlic. Add sour cream and soup. Mix well. Reserve 3/4 cup or sauce and set aside. Fold chicken mixture in to tortillas and roll. Place in a 9 x 13" pan, seam side down. (Note: adding a little sauce to the bottom of the dish will prevent sticking.)
Add milk to 3/4 cup reserved sauce. Spoon over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa!
