1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
2 c. fruit or 1 can pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 inch baking dish. Sift dry ingredients. Add milk and stir till blended. Put in buttered baking dish. Spoon fruit on top and sprinkle with sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 25-35 minutes. If using glass dish, bake at 350º. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
