Dry apricots, chocolate, dry roasted, preferably not salted pistachios, unless you do not mind sweet and salty taste.

1) Melt chocolate and grind pistachios. Dip only half off an apricot in the melted chocolate and then in the ground pistachios. Put on a baking paper to cool down. Can be served as soon as chocolate is dried. 2) If you are short of time, you can serve it as a fondue, where the guests can help themselves and can choose what exactly they want on their apricots, if anything!
