4 lamb shanks
fresh carrots, onions, parsnips, peas, potatoes, mushrooms, sweet corn to taste
stock cube
mixed herds
salt and pepper
seasoning
glass of red wine (optional)
gravy granules

Directions:
Directions:
Place lamb shanks and diced vegetables into Crockpot (except potatoes). Add wine, salt, pepper, herbs and seasoning. Add water to cover the meat. Cook on low for 6 hours. One hour before serving add the potatoes and the gravy granules to thicken. Serve with Mint Jelly.
