Make at least 48 hours before using!!!!
3 eggs
3 oz Confectioners Sugar
3 oz Butter
3 oz cooking chocolate
1 pkt "Ladyfinger" cookies

slices almonds for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a deep glass bowl with WET greaseproof paper
2. Line the bowl with ladyfingers dipped in a mixture of Milk and Rum
3. Cream butter and Sugar and add eggs (yolks only)
4. Melt chocolate and add to mixture
5. whip egg whites stiffly and fold into the mixture
6. Pour mixture into the bowl and top with remaining fingers
7. Cover and place in the fridge
8. Take out before needed and coat with cream and sliced almonds
