1 lb. crawfish (with fat), cleaned
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups rice
2 soup cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x12 casserole dish. Bake covered with foil for 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
