3-5 lb corned beef brisket
1 small head cabbage, quartered
8 red new potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in the bottom of a crock pot (about 2" high). Set potatoes, whole, in the crock pot. Cover potatoes with cabbage. Cover cabbage with corned beef, fat side up. Sprinkle the seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef on top. Set to low; cook 10 hours.

The cabbage and potatoes will take on the flavor of the corned beef. Serve with butter over potatoes and cabbage, and a slice of buttered rye bread.
