11/2 POUNDS ROUND STEAK (3/4 IN)
CUT INTO PIECES (RIB EYE SIZES)
SHOULD GET 4 STEAKS
2 T OLIVE OIL
1 CAN CAMPBELL'S FRENCH ONION SOUP
1/2 CUP KETCHUP
3 MEDIUM PEPPER,CUT INTO 8 STRIPES EACH

COMBINE FLOUR & SEASONING, POUND INTO MEAT
IN A SKILLET BROWN MEAT IN OIL. POUR OFF FAT. ADD SOUP - KETCHUP PEPPERS. COVER, COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR AN 1 HOUR, OR TILL TENDER. YOU ALSO CAN PUT IN OVEN TILL TENDER, AT 350º ABOUT AN HOUR. I SERVE WITH RICE & CORN. VERY GOOD.
