2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 pkg. beefy onion soup mix
water
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion green pepper, salt and pepper, mix well. Shape into mini loaves and cook until brown and done all the through. Drain off grease, add enough water to cover meat. Add soup mix, salt and pepper to taste. Remove meat from pan. Combine cornstarch with some water and add to skillet. Over medium heat stir until thickened. Add meat to gravy. Cook over medium heat until all bubbly. Serve with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles or rice.
