4 chicken breasts
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
few drops of oil
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 sp. curry powder
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup heavy cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Bone, skin and cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onions; cook until lightly browned. Pour broth, almonds and curry powder over mixture. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 25 minutes. Mix cornstarch and cream; pour over chicken and allow to thicken. Serve with rice.
