1 lb. Farmers Cheese or Dry Cottage Cheese (sieved)
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 cp sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Flour pastry board well and make a roll of dough about 2" in diameter. Cut into 1/2" to 3/4" slices. Cook in salted boiling water. When pieces come to the top they are done (about 5 minutes). Remove from water with slotted spoon. Place on platter. Serve with slightly brown melted butter.
