1 can condensed milk
1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cp cider vinegar
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots coarsely grated
3 green peppers, chopped
1 Spanish onion, chopped (optional)
1 tsp caraway seed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make the dressing first. Heat the condensed milk in a double boiler for 10 minutes. Cool and put into a bowl. Add mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Beat rapidly and gradually add the vinegar. Continue beating for 1 minute after all the vinegar has been added. Refrigerate until thickened. Mix all vegetables; be sure they are cold. An hour and a half before serving, mix with dressing and refrigerate again.
