7-8 lbs. potatoes, peeled, diced & cooked
2 sticks butter, melted
1 onion or minced onions
1 c. flour
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. celery seed
1 gallon milk

Cook onion in butter then add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, then add 1 gallon of milk.
