8 - 10 potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Beat potatoes, garlic salt, sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Spoon into greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for approx. 40 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top for the last 15 minutes.
