2 lbs of stew meat (cut)
1 lb of carrots
8 oz. of onions (diced)
2 lbs of potatoes
2 stalks of celery (cut)
water
2 cloves of garlic (diced)
2 can (19 fl. oz. or 540 ml) diced tomatoes, undrained
spices to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into bite size pieces, brown on high flame/ heat (about 3 minutes), add Onion (cut into small pieces), stir and add the diced Tomatoes (just pure in both cans), fill cans with water and add. Then garlic an spices to taste. Cover and cook on low flame for approximantly 2-3 hours (or until your meat is really tender) just check on it once in a while and stir, add vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Add water if needed. Adjust the flavor, to your taste.

You can use Bison/Buffalo or regular stewing beef for this. Stew is really good when made the end of the week with various left over's added into it.
