1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt and some pepper
1 T. sugar
3 8 oz. cans Hunts tomato sauce with onions
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. package fine noodles, cooked
1/2 pt. sour cream
Parmesan and sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with salt, pepper and sugar. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Mix cream cheese with sour cream. Put 1/2 of cooked noodles in a 7" x 12" dish. Top with meat mixture. Spread over cheese mixture. Top with other half of noodles. Top with Parmesan and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
