1 Large Vadalia Onion
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top and bottom of onion and remove skin. Cut a small hole in top of onion. Place bouillon cube and butter in the hole and wrap in aluminum foil. Grill or bake until onion is tender. Time varies due to size of onion.

I have made several of these at a time. Place onions in oblong pyrex dish, cover with foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 mins.
