2 1oz. squares chocolate
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lite corn syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 T. butter
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and add sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk and butter. Cook to soft ball 236º
Cool at room temperature to 110º without stirring.
Add salt, vanilla and pecans. Beat until it holds shape, then, with buttered hands, knead until smooth. Shape into 2 rolls and cut 1/2" thick.
