3/4 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
3 c. unpeeled zucchini
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained mushrooms
3/4 c. velveeta cheese, diced
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. uncooked rice
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Mix the remaining ingredients then add to the butter mixture. Mix well. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes in a covered dish.
