(1) 29 oz. can Tomato sauce
(1) 12 oz. can Tomato paste
1 TBSP. Italian seasoning
1 TBSP. Oregano
1 tsp. crushed Fennel seed
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, over medium heat, combine tomato sauce and paste. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Cool.
Note: Freeze up to 12 months-Pour into freezer container, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
1 1/3 c. of sauce will cover 15 inch pizza pan.
Makes about 4 cups
