2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. + 1/8 c. melted margarine
1 c. lukewarm water
1 beaten egg
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Combine 2 c. flour and salt. Add yeast, 1/4 c. flour, egg and honey. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough flour to make a really stiff dough.
Put in a greased bowl, brush with butter. Cover and let rise about 20 minutes until double in size. Punch down and form into 1 inch balls. Place 3 balls in each muffin cup. Cover and let rise until double, about 20 minutes. Brush with margarine. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 or until light brown.
