4 cubed steaks
salt
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
flour
lard or crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Salt and pepper cubed steaks. Add 1 Tbsp. pepper to 2 cups flour and combine. Dredge steaks in flour. Melt lard or crisco in a large oven-proof skillet and fry steaks until done. Drain off grease. Whisk soup and water together and pour over steaks. Bake for 45-60 minutes until bubbly.
