You can mix these 3 ingredients in any amounts you like depending on the consistency and amount you desire:
shredded swiss cheese (shred your own or buy already shredded)
real mayo (not miracle whip)
thinly sliced scallions (slice up to where the green portion starts to get hollow)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix these 3 ingredients by hand with a spoon until you get a creamy consistency (all 3 mixed well). Spread on town house crackers or any other cracker you choose.
